I would like to apologize for this, but trying to schedule showings through Facebook and Craigslist has sometimes been a nightmare, so I've had no other choice, but to require a $25 deposit for showings that will either be returned when you arrive at scheduled time or can be applied to cleaning fee if you decide you want the place. *Please be on time. We will wait 15 minutes after scheduled time without notice that you will be late. If you miss your appointment, a new one will need to be scheduled and new fee will apply. On the other side of that,  I respect your time as well, so if I were to be more than 15 minutes late without notice, I will give your money back with an additional $25 or apply $50 to the cleaning should you decide to stay awhile.
